Insights for 2030' office environments

In line with the research, future office environments are predicted to be more technology based and to reveal the individual dif- ferences of the employees. Accordingly, creating environments that support these differences and blurring of the borders between in-office workspaces and actions with the creation of a more dynamic workspaces are envisaged.

Eating units used in offices today are stationary and restrict the user in the movement area.

Providing socialization in the dining areas in the future, apart from the mere act of eating, “Olio”

provides flexibility in the movement areas.

For future offices, eating will become a social activity. Acts of socializing, sharing and being together will all become a feature of eating.
